Oversees and executes end-to-end Change Management activities, ensuring the quality, planning, approval and controlled implementation of changes with minimal disruption to IT services/products, in alignment with defined processes and stakeholder requirements.

Ensuring quality of change requests, including formal review, documentation and compliance with defined standards
Controlling and ensuring the full lifecycle of changes from creation to closure
Performing initial assessment (categorisation, estimation), including impact, risk and resource analysis for IT services/products
