Here at we are looking for a IT Business Analyst to join our team in an international insurance project.



Barcelona or Madrid, hybrid (1 day in the office).



Define and drive the analysis approach aligned with project and product goals, adapting organizational standards where needed.

Collaborate with business areas such as Risk Engineering and Underwriting, ensuring a customer-centric vision.

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, reconciling internal and external needs.

Perform end-to-end analysis of business processes to understand system impacts and dependencies.

Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions fully meet business needs.

Support planning activities, backlog management, and delivery timelines in collaboration with Lead BA and Project Manager.

Manage stakeholders effectively, communicating with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
