Role Summary

Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle EBS, data platforms, and digital transformation initiatives. Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, commercial, and risk management to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

Must-Have Skills

• Consumer Packaged Goods domain experience
• Requirements elicitation and Business Requirements Document (BRD) writing
• Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS (no hands‑on required)
• Knowledge of at least three modules overall in Oracle EBS
• User story creation with acceptance criteria (Jira/Azure DevOps)
• Backlog management, grooming, and prioritization
• Stakeholder engagement and change management
• Process mapping and workflow analysis (BPMN)
• Domain analysis and gap identification
• AI‑driven requirements analysis and documentation tools
