Business Analysis & Delivery

Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements with an IT-first mindset.

Translate requirements into user stories, use cases, and functional specifications when required.

Ensure end-to-end delivery of integration projects.

Own and manage acceptance criteria, test cases, and test plans.

Ensure solutions are delivered, tested, and production-ready.

Integration & Technical Environment

Work on system integration between client warehouses, customer systems, and external partners.

Strong exposure to APIs, integration flows (EDI, APIs, middleware), software platforms, and SaaS environments.

Act as a bridge between business analysis, development teams, and technical stakeholders.
