 • Plays a key role in scaling automation/AI to improve operations and member experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
 • Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across business and tech
 • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
 • Support Agile ceremonies (story mapping, sprint planning, backlog organization)
 • Analyze current processes and define improved future-state workflows
 • Build Power BI dashboards to track performance, improvements, and outcomes
