Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in installation and maintenance of the hardware and software. - Provide daily operation, system and user support - Control the usage of I.T. resources and conduct users’ training. - Maintain and update records for daily activities and user information - Filing and updating documents for Document Control for ISO files - Manage and administer data center operation such as backup, maintenance, media and etc. - Provide report on performance, errors and other management report as required by Manager. - Data Missing Route input (if there is any) - Assist in Monitoring of data center server performance. - Diagnosis of Hardware and software for related company use (if there is any). - Any other task / jobs assigned by Superior or Department Head as and when required Requirements:
