Harbor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Associate Consultant with experience in implementing technology solutions to join our team. This role involves hands‑on software implementation, client onboarding, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. You’ll play a key role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs while continuously improving our support and implementation processes.

Work Location & Hours: This is a remote/hybrid position in Manila, Philippines. For the first 3-6 months, employees will align with USA business hours (9am - 5pm EST).
