Job Description

  • To assist in handling users’ application support & IT Administration related matters
  • Liaise with IT vendors as and when required
  • Ensure better-quality and faster turnaround of IT user's requests
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor

    • Job Requirement

  • Nitec/ Diploma in Information System Technology
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries
  • Good understanding of code programming (e.g., Java, C#, Swift, etc)
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent systematic & logical thinking skills
  • Excellent team player who takes initiative to improve processes
  • Quick learner who can pick up practical knowledge about new technologies, tools & IT systems
  • Knowledge of data analysis and business intelligence tools is an advantage (e.g., Qlik Sense...
