Act as the primary in-house IT contact for end users, providing prompt support and resolution for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues. Liaise and coordinate with external IT vendors for quotations, procurement, service requests, annual software license renewals and technical support. Manage IT inventory assets, including tracking, maintenance and disposal of obsolete equipment. Coordinate onboarding of new staff by setting up PCs, laptops, user accounts and access through Active Directory administration.
