Responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT Infrastructure at Judicial Title. This includes directing all IT operations to meet customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.

Requirements

• Systems Administration – Dell servers (VMware ESX). Cisco hosted PBX, Fax Servers, Hosted Exchange, etc.


• Project Management – Management and hands-on implementation of all IT projects.


• Employee IT Support – Level 1 support (Desktops, printers, scanners, general PC help & training)


• Manage IT budget and execute purchases


• Perform liaison duties between users, operations and management.


• Preventative maintenance – process and translate logs, update servers/workstations, onsite and remote backups, etc.


• Manage 20+ IT vendors, including a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
