Job Description
Support users on computer, printing, scan, desktop application including but not limited to:
- User Account Administration
- Office 365 User Administration
- Wireless Access Points User Administration
- Networking issues
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows client (PC desktop and notebook)
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment
Support in internal reporting and authority reporting, when necessary, maintain/create appropriate documentation
Ensure computers are up to date to the latest patches.
Ensure third-party applications are up to date.
Maintain a proactive approach in attending to users' requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, enquiries, provide advice and follow-through in meeting user needs and expectations within a stipulated time to ensure the smooth operation of the end user needs...
