Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain physical and virtual IT systems including servers, network infrastructure, and software applications.
• Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and VMware ESXi.
• Configure and maintain firewalls such as SonicWall and pfSense, L2/L3 D-Link switches, and enterprise wireless networks.
• Manage NAS for shared storage and disaster recovery (DR) and perform server backups using Veeam with replication across data centres and branches.
• Administer centralized antivirus and anti‑malware protection (Avast) and maintain a tested disaster recovery plan.
• Provide administration and technical support for enterprise applications such as LMS, ERP, HRMS, CMS, and Zoho.
• Manage biometric time attendance systems, face recognition, RFID, and smart signage device infrastructure, Smart TVs; support AV setups, smart boards, and multimedia systems across classrooms, halls, and common areas...
