Salary: £30,000 – rising to £31,500 upon successful completion of probation

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated IPS Employment Specialist to deliver high-quality Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services to individuals experiencing mental health challenges and other complex barriers to employment.

This role focuses on supporting participants into competitive and sustainable employment through a place then train approach. You will provide rapid job search support, employer engagement and ongoing in-work support in line with IPS fidelity principles.
