We are looking for an IPR Assistant to join Orion’s in‑house IPR team. In this role, you will provide hands‑on operational support in IPR matters, working closely with Patent and Trademark Counsels, external patent attorneys and internal stakeholders such as R&D, Legal and Finance.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad exposure to the full IPR lifecycle, operating from invention disclosures and name generation to grant and portfolio maintenance in an international in‑house environment. You will also contribute to the development of more efficient and digital ways of working.

The role is full‑time and permanent, and you will report to Director, IPR. The position is based in Espoo with the possibility of hybrid working.
