Requirements

• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CCS, RHIT, RHIA).
• Extensive experience in inpatient DRG coding.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding guidelines and DRG reimbursement methodologies.
• Previous Leadership or Supervisory Experience Preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in coding software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
