Job Description & Requirements We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, meticulous, and independent individual who will provide patent prosecution support to executives. Prior experience working within a legal environment is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
Job Description: Manages mails - physical mails, emails and courier services Manages warehousing of documents Provides administrative and operational support to the Executives Manages dockets, deadlines and maintains company diary by utilizing various software applications (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, DIAMS - general case information and docketing database, SPLegal - billing database, iManage, etc.) Performs operational tasks for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, Recordals or Billings Monitors deadlines for Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, Recordals or Billings Updates status of Trademark, Patent, Design, Renewals, Recordals or Billings Issues bills for Trademark, Patent, Design, ...
