What you’ll be doing

CIBC Investor’s Edge User Experience team is a cross-disciplinary group of UI Designers, UX Designers, Researchers, and Content Designers dedicated to elevating our brand and driving client engagement through compelling digital experiences.

As a UI Designer focused on Growth, Brand, and Marketing, you will help craft visually impactful designs that communicate our value proposition, strengthen brand identity, and support marketing initiatives across our online and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to deliver creative solutions that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on‑site, while other days will be remote.
