Job Description
The Role & Key Responsibilities
- Enhance client relationships with exceptional customer service
- Processing financial and non-financial investment transactions
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from Advisors, Dealers, and Fund Managers or Fund Administrators in a timely manner
- Analyze complex issues or requests to determine best course of action
- Producing ad-hoc reports for Fund Managers
- Manage approval process and timelines per Fund Administrator requirements
- Testing application enhancements
- Faxing trade rejects and other requests
- Other duties as assigned
- Flexible work schedule required
Skills Required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance field preferred
- Knowledge of Fund Administration (Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, Alternative Products, and back office) is an asset
