Job Description

About the Company: 

Our client is a multi-strategy investment firm with a focus on fundamental and quantitative approaches across a range of asset classes and emphasizes performance and long-term capital preservation.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as gate keeper and primary point of contact

  • Coordinate preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual investor reporting materials

  • Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems

  • Assist with the creation and formatting of investor presentations, DDQs, RFP responses, and marketing materials

  • Manage meeting logistics including scheduling, conference room coordination, and follow-up materials

  • Support planning and execution of investor meetings, annual meetings, and industry conferences

  • Monitor inbox communications and respond to routine investor inquiries
