Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors
Manage investor queries, updates, relationship tracking, and follow-ups
Collaborate with founders and Investment Bankers (IBs) on fundraising strategy and execution
Coordinate investor outreach, meetings, and communication processes
Prepare and maintain pitch decks, investor presentations, and periodic updates
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity in investor communication
Manage data room preparation, documentation, and due diligence requirements
Coordinate with internal teams and IBs to ensure smooth diligence and transaction processes
Track deal pipelines, investor conversations, timelines, and execution progress
Ensure seamless coordination among founders, IBs, and investor stakeholders
