Job Description

  • Conduct research and validate assumptions of financial models and analysis.
  • Evaluate financial and non-financial impact of financing and deal structures of the company.
  • Originate, execute and close financing and deal structures of the company including conduct of due diligence.
  • Prepare presentation materials for the Board and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide financial and strategic advice to projects and business development.
  • Coordinate with banks, investors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in corporate governance and organizational/ project structuring
  • Graduate of any business course, preferably with MBA
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience on project financing, financial modelling, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions and valuation
  • With relevant experience in the origination up to closing of investment and/or financing deals
  • Excellent presentation skills
