Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new client relationships in the real estate and investment sector
Advise clients on property investments in Pakistan and international markets.
Conduct market research and present insights on trends, pricing, and ROI
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Understand client requirements and provide tailored investment solutions
Maintain strong follow-ups and client engagement to build long-term partnerships
Stay updated on property regulations, market dynamics, and competitor activity
Achieve and exceed sales targets Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, investment consulting, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the Islamabad real estate market (DHA, Bahria Town, etc. is a plus)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales mindset with the ability to work under targets
Proficiency in English and Urdu (additional languages are a plus)
