The role involves deal structuring, legal documentation, and financial modeling related to capital markets. You will work closely with external counsels and draft transaction documents while also supporting business development efforts in the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will possess strong legal drafting skills and a background in finance, with a familiarity in GPU infrastructure being a significant advantage. Fluency in Chinese is required.
