Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Investment Analyst/Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a high energy and self-starting individual with a passion for critical thinking and financial/risk analysis, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth underwriting and due diligence on new credit opportunities, including financialmodelling, valuation stress-testing, industry/peer analysis, and financial covenant structuring;

Assist in preparing investment memorandums, outlining key risks, mitigants, return drivers andrecommendations;

Support deal execution from term sheet through closing, including structuring, documentation, andcoordination with external counsel and sponsor counterparties;
