Job Description
Become an Investigator with the Ontario Ombudsman in Toronto, focusing on resolving public sector complaints and promoting fair governance. This role is temporary full-time for 18 months, with hybrid work options.
As an Investigator, you will conduct thorough investigations, from interviewing witnesses to drafting detailed reports. Your findings will play a critical role in shaping the Ombudsman’s recommendations aimed at enhancing accountability and transparency in the public sector. Engage with vulnerable individuals and develop solutions to improve service delivery.
