KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Planning & Forecasting Develop and manage demand forecasts in coordination with the Operations teams Monitor sales trends, market insights, and inventory levels to propose accurate demand plans. Maintain demand planning systems and documentation. Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels and stock movement to avoid overstocking and stockouts. Ensure inventory records are updated and accurate. Work closely with the warehouse and procurement teams to manage replenishment. Responsible for picking and packing merchandise from the office warehouse for timely delivery to stores as part of stock replenishment. Order Processing & Fulfilment Liaise with suppliers and vendors for purchase orders, delivery schedules, and product availability. Manage documentation and communications related to inbound shipments. Supplier & Vendor Coordination Prepare regular reports on demand vs. actual sales, inventory turnover, supplier performance, and logistics KPIs....
