Job Summary The Inventory & Goods Receiving Executive is responsible for managing the accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and inventory control of goods for F&B operations. This role ensures proper documentation, stock accuracy, food safety compliance, and smooth coordination with suppliers and internal teams to support daily operational needs. Key Responsibilities Goods Receiving & Inventory Control Receive, unload, and unpack incoming deliveries in a safe and timely manner. Inspect goods for quality, quantity, expiry dates, and damages verify items against purchase orders and delivery documents. Accurately record all received items in the inventory system and report discrepancies, shortages, or non-conforming items to management. Sort, label, and store goods in designated storage areas in compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and food safety practices.
