A prestigious 5-star hospitality collection is looking for an INVENTORY CONTROLLER to join their team in the Kruger National Park.

They are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven professional who can confidently manage complex inventory systems across multiple departments, while maintaining accuracy, accountability, and strong operational controls in a fast-paced lodge environment.

Candidate Responsibilities:
Inventory Governance & Daily Controls:
- Oversee all daily stock movements across all departments.
- Ensure full SOP compliance at all times.
- Verify all transactions captured by the Inventory Administrator, including:
- Purchase Orders
- GRNs
- Transfers (Internal & External)
