will manage and control all aspects related to Nkomazi Kruger Lodge cost and control across the two resorts. You will centralise all inventories and be accountable for the following responsibilities. The Inventory Controller will be responsible for inventories, budgets, cost control and reports of the Lodge’s food, beverages, and consumables, providing financial valuable support to the teams, and contributing to positive business outcomes, through informed analysis and reporting. He/she will manage the effort to keep teams on track and motivated, ensuring best results while delivering an outstanding product to our guests.
