OVERVIEW: 

Responsible for managing raw material and finished goods inventory accuracy while supervising and assigning daily tasks to associates. Identify inventory-related problems and areas of concern, develop root-cause analyses, and implement permanent countermeasures to prevent recurrence. Provide solutions and support training initiatives to improve inventory processes and associate performance.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and accuracy. Schedule and conduct daily cycle counts, reconcile variances, and maintain accurate inventory records using spreadsheets and tracking tools.
