Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, procedures, and audit standards. Prepare and oversee the annual purchasing budget aligned with business forecasts. Ensure transfer pricing adheres to corporate policies and global tax/finance guidelines. Monitor inventory turnover, holding costs, and stock health to safeguard profitability.
