Report to: Operation Manager
1. Responsibility for maintaining Inventory System.
β’ Received and check all the report from off-loading and loading before it is entered into the system to avoid mistake.
β’ Received Daily Production Report from Mill. Overall check for detail. Pass it to the staff to make summary report by excel file then review again before entering into the system.
β’ Cross check Production report from the system with document to make sure there is no data mistake in the system (This will be done after system updated).
β’ Overall checking Production report after the batch has been closed (Check comparison btw in-Store & Input, Input & Outturn, Analysis the report and raising up if there is any issue.)
β’ Problem solving when stock transfer from upcountry location.
2. Responsibility of guiding and training the team.
