Job Description
- Monitor and update inventory records of Warehouse (manual or computerized).
- Receive incoming deliveries of school and office supplies; check items against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Properly label and store items in designated warehouse locations.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with records.
- Prepare and process stock requisitions and issue inventory to requesting departments or customers.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and efficient storage.
- Ensure that products are stored according to category and safety standards (e.g., paper, pens, cleaning supplies).
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Sales departments for inventory replenishment and reporting.
- Investigate inventory variances and report damaged or expired stock.
