Job Summary
The Inventory Audit Staff is responsible for monitoring, verifying, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This
role ensures that physical stock matches system records, identifies discrepancies, and supports overall inventory
control and loss prevention.
Key Duties, Responsibilities and Authorities
1) Conduct regular physical inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly, or annual).
2) Compare physical counts with system records and report discrepancies.
3) Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
4) Ensure proper documentation of all inventory movements (receiving, transfers, returns, withdrawals).
5) Monitor stock levels and report low or excess inventory.
6) Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
7) Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams for inventory accuracy.
