Inuvialuit Knowledge Coordinator

Inuvik, NT

Reporting to the Research Administration and Programs Manager, the Inuvialuit Knowledge Coordinator is responsible for program development and policy creation related to Inuvialuit knowledge-based research activities in the Inuvialuit Settlement Region (ISR). This includes planning, securing funding, carrying out research studies on the marine environment and documenting the multifaceted social, cultural, and economic relationship the Inuvialuit have with their waterways.

The Inuvialuit Knowledge Coordinator will also be responsible for working with internal and external partners, overseeing or collecting information, developing research planning materials, conducting literature reviews, coordinating survey instruments, assisting in data analysis, developing knowledge dissemination materials, and providing technical advice to senior management.
