What you’ll be doing

• Make real impact by tracking performance metrics and supporting improvement projects across our packaging lines
• Solve problems that matter by identifying root causes of machine or process issues and helping the team fix them
• Improve how things work by developing or enhancing SOPs to strengthen maintenance practices and operational standards
• Turn data into action by analysing trends and recommending ideas that improve efficiency and performance
