We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Crew Intern to join our Halal Kitchen team. This role focuses on food preparation, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations behind the scenes.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation for frozen yogurt, croffle, and related products
• Follow Halal kitchen SOP and food safety standards
• Prepare ingredients and toppings according to standard recipe
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area and equipment
• Assist in stock preparation and ingredient management (FIFO & FEFO)
• Ensure product consistency and quality before sending to kiosk
• Support kitchen workflow during peak production hours
• Follow daily kitchen checklist and supervisor instructions
