The student, as part of the Internal Communications team and under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake projects working on Infineon's communications strategy that support company initiatives and working actively in various employee engagement activities. • Create multimedia content to support company initiatives and promote the Infineon brand
• Create interesting and engaging content for internal communication channels and online communities
• Be empowered to propose and execute communication plans together with internal clients of various functions that support inhouse events and people engagement initiatives
• Support ongoing local projects in Infineon's Backend Manufacturing in Singapore
