About the Role
You will gain hands-on experience in the daily insurance operations including underwriting support, claims processing, contact center support, and policy owner services. You also will be responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose.Key Responsibilities:
Underwriting Support:
Assist in reviewing and verifying customer documentation for policy issuance.
Help maintain accurate records and update underwriting systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Claims Processing:
