- Manage and implement continuous improvement (CIP) initiatives for warehouse systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Support system-related improvement projects, including process optimization and automation (System CIP).
- Provide hardware support for warehouse operations, including troubleshooting scanners, printers, and related devices (BST Projects).
- Ensure smooth daily warehouse system operations, including monitoring system performance and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT & operations) to support system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for system or process failures and implement corrective actions.
- Support SAP/warehouse system transactions, data accuracy, and inventory integrity.
