Job Description
Assist HOD/SSO in the overall administration of the GR/SES-Pg5 department.
Support all administrative activities within the SES department.
Update, organize, and maintain department records and files.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Support special projects and assigned initiatives.
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma; Business Management, secretarial, or office management fields are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
