We are looking for an intern to be part of the HR Department in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese. The chosen candidate will oversee the entire hiring process, from candidate sourcing to final onboarding.

The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Supporting the implementation of effective sourcing strategies to attract top talents
  • Maintaining and managing recruiting databases and monitoring candidate pipeline
  • Collaborating with managers and project teams to ensure the strategic allocation of the employees based on business needs and individual skill sets
  • Liaising with other HR functions to ensure an integrated approach to talent management
