KEY SCOPES
Training Coordination & Administration
Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning activities
Manage training calendars, meeting invites, and training schedules
Support registration, attendance tracking, and training logistics
Prepare training materials, evaluation forms, and communication emails
E-Learning Support
Coordinate e-learning enrolments and completion tracking
Monitor learning progress and follow up with employees where necessary
Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration and updates
Assist in uploading learning content and maintaining training records
Data Management & Reporting
Perform data entry and maintain accurate training databases
Compile training attendance and learning completion reports
Support simple analysis on training participation, feed...
