Responsibilities

• To perform customs clearance scope of tariff classification and draft Customs forms
• To send notification of arrival and follow up on responses
• To assist on printing tasks for Customs paperwork

Classification Agent & Customer Support Agent tasks

• Assign HS codes for shipments
• Support validation of classification with reference to:
  • Customs tariff from JKDM
  • Reference to Commercial Invoice
  • DHL Internal database record validation on exemptions and Customer Master File
• Send notification arrival notice to required customers
• Consistent follow-up to meet SLA
• Print & attach customs documents for customs assessments

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree student related to Transportation & Logistics or Customs & Trade Compliance
