Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business needs and document requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies; map processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest automation.
• Analyze trends and performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Use Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) to create interactive reports, dashboards, and automate processes.
• Participate in the implementation and optimization of ETL pipelines and data management processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate APIs, leverage Databricks for data processing, and ensure effective data management.
• Contribute to the improvement of user experience (UI/UX) for dashboards and reports.
