Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to join our M&A team supporting environmental, health & safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence projects.

Key tasks:

  • Assist in the execution of environmental and health and safety due diligence assessments
  • Support the preparation of commercial proposals for M&A due diligence projects
  • Contribute to analyses related to EU Taxonomy alignment and ESG criteria
  • Support data collection, document review, and preparation of technical reports and deliverables
  • Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices

    • Requirements:

  • Academic background in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering (or related fields), Health & Safety, Law.
  • Basic knowledge of environmental and/or occupational health & safety topics
  • Interest in EHS regulations, ESG and sustainability consulting...
