Be engaged in data post-processing relating to backend final test Support the conceptualization and application of statistic/AI methods in backend yield analysis and reporting Develop data analysis automation tools Assist engineer on ad-hoc scripting requests for data analysis
Internship Learning Outcomes :
Understand the main steps of back-end assembly packaging process, back-end final test production procedures and the subsequent data post-processing Gain knowledge on the concept and application of statistical methods in back-end yield analysis and reporting Make intensive use of Knime, Tableau, Python, HTML for programming of a data analysis tool Enhance communication skills through interaction with international colleagues
