Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Follow a structured training programme,
• Perform all duties as contained in the Department or Area Competency Logbook (Development Programme), as well as reasonably be required to perform by Hesto Harnesses.
• Undergo performance assessments and reviews,
• Provide technical support for day-to-day activities of the plants,
• Conduct administrative and processes improvements initiatives of the organisation in the areas allocated,
• National Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Production or Operations Management (Essential)
