Position Summary

Manage the supply and delivery of raw materials while creating efficiencies and increasing productivity. It focuses on logistics, international transportation, regulatory requirements and safety standards, supplier management, and building strategic relationships with government agencies to ensure the trust of the corporation, the public, and governments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1.Create purchase orders.

2. Monitoring purchase orders and shipments. Tracking Imports and Exports (ETD/ETA).

3. Coordination of third parties in the Import and Export chain: (Customs Agents, Port Authorities, Shipping Agents, Freight Forwarders).

4. Prepare shipment tracking and inform Customer Service in a timely manner about the arrival status of raw materials, through system and/or reports.
