Objectif et missions
As part of the work package transfer to Nogalès, we are looking for an industrialization methods group manager to manage and support the local teams in the deployment of this project.
In this context, you intervene to:
- Coordinate local Industrialization Methods (ME) teams in order to provide plants with an industrial system capable of meeting objectives in terms of HSE, Quality, Costs, Production rates
- Define and implement work benchmarks
- Provide Nogalès with the expertise necessary for industrialization (design of industrial systems, PE production and assembly, tolerancing, metrology, etc.)
